Trade Account Manager at ITA Airways

Overview:

DEX Group, GSA is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing relationships with ITA Airways customers. Developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale. It also includes gaining maximum value for the airline from any Agreements that exist between to the two parties.

What will you be doing:

  • Develops and maintains long-term strategic relationships with ITA Airways’ TMCs and Travel Agents at local.
  • Maintain sales professionalism standards.
  • Provides regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
  • Represents ITA Airways at trade events, promotions and sales functions.
  • Maximize sales opportunity/opportunities through value added partners i.e. Tourism Bodies.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

 

Qualifications for this Job:

To be successful in this role you will need.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • Professional experience in a Airlines / Airlines GSA.
  • Good Knowledge of Market and contacts with Travel trade in Delhi Region and other feeder markets in North India.
  • Experience in Airline Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to spot and interpret market trends
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice.
