Industry data in recent years indicates a significant surge in the popularity of boutique hotels, particularly in India.

According to a report by HVS ANAROCK, the boutique hotel segment has witnessed a growth rate of over 50% in the past three years alone. This surge can be attributed to the changing preferences of travellers who seek unique and personalised experiences that go beyond the conventional offerings of chain hotels that have disrupted traditional notions of luxury.

These establishments excel in developing a deep understanding of their guests’ preferences, ensuring that every aspect of their stay is tailored to meet their individual needs. From warm and carefully curated greetings to opulent amenities, customised itineraries, and insider recommendations, boutique hotels go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression on their guests.
