Riyadh Air has forged a significant three-year partnership with Accenture, aiming to fortify its technological framework and capacities in alignment with its ambitious goal of becoming the inaugural digitally-driven airline globally. Through this collaboration, Accenture will spearhead the establishment of Riyadh Air’s cloud-centric infrastructure, fortify cybersecurity measures, manage services, and oversee operations, all in preparation for the airline’s imminent launch.
This joint initiative stands to position Riyadh Air at the forefront of a new aviation era, one powered by digital-centric services. Leveraging state-of-the-art technologies like cloud-based data systems and artificial intelligence, the airline endeavours to craft a seamless travel experience not only for its esteemed guests but also for its workforce. By establishing a robust enterprise system at its core, Riyadh Air aims not only to initiate but also to scale its operations substantially, eyeing an ambitious goal of offering an extensive array of over 100 destinations by 2030.
