Overview:

DEX Group, GSA is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing relationships with ITA Airways customers. Developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale. It also includes gaining maximum value for the airline from any Agreements that exist between to the two parties.

What will you be doing:

  • Develops and maintains long-term strategic relationships with ITA Airways’ TMCs and Travel Agents at local.
  • Maintain sales professionalism standards.
  • Provides regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
  • Represents ITA Airways at trade events, promotions and sales functions.
  • Maximize sales opportunity/opportunities through value added partners i.e. Tourism Bodies.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

 

Qualifications for this Job:

To be successful in this role you will need.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • Professional experience in a Airlines / Airlines GSA.
  • Good Knowledge of Market and contacts with Travel trade in Delhi Region and other feeder markets in North India.
  • Experience in Airline Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to spot and interpret market trends
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice.

Qatar is hiring an experienced Corporate Sales Account Manager in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing relationships with Qatar Airways’ Corporate and TMC customers. What will you be doing:

  • Develops and maintains long-term strategic relationships with Qatar Airways’ TMCs and Corporate clients and government at local and country level.
  • Strategically manage National Accounts for Local & Global Corporate Accounts present in different geographies of the Country (Role  may require travel up to 50% across the country)
  • Prepares an account development plan to achieve short, medium, and long-term mutual benefits for both TMCs and Corporate customers.
  • Contributes to the formulation and implementation of QR sales strategy to maximize short- and long-term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift where appropriate.
  • Lead discussions on PLBs with accounts.
  • Recommends pricing requests from Corporates/TMC and is responsible for individual budgets.
  • Ensure focus and activities prioritize premium cabin and high yield sales.
  • Maximizes value from marketing spend. Manages individual expenditure budget (to mention PLB / JMF funds).
  • Reviews QR sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek out tactical revenue opportunities
  • Manages and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility
  • Develops tactical Sales and Marketing activity in support of sales opportunities in both TMCs and Corporate market place.
  • Maximizes value from marketing spend. Manages individual expenditure budget.
  • Maintain sales professionalism standards.
  • Provides regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
  • Represents QR at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarization visits.
  • Maximize sales opportunity/opportunities through value added partners i.e. Tourism Bodies.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
  • Professional experience in a multi-cultural environment with a rich mix of supply partners preferably in  Airline industry is essential.
  • Customer facing experience.

  • Experience of working in a pressurized environment which is target driven.
  • Knowledge of GDS system, ticketing, and selling experience

United Airlines is hiring an experienced Associate Analyst – Catering Systems at their Gurgaon location. This position will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and timely updates to data in United’s catering systems and tools, such as food and beverage planning tools, galley planning diagrams, catering management systems.

Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies to ensure data quality and integrity. They will also design and construct catering service packets and various codes within the system architecture to schedule services and ensure accurate payment to the catering network. Furthermore, this position will manage administrative functions related to systems set-up and maintenance, vendor access management, and other general corporate requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Data Management: Enter and maintain data accurately and efficiently within catering systems and tools (food and beverage planning, galley planning diagrams, catering scheduling systems, and other informational systems). Audit data quality, identify, report and correct errors and inconsistencies in data, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues

Administrative Tasks: Set-up and maintenance of all vendor security access to catering systems. Catering system and tools set-up and maintenance related to new locations and caterers, and including but not limited to port fee/tax updates, cancellation tables, overboarding analysis, tools development for new routes and markets, etc.

Support Tasks: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and support ad-hoc projects

Issue Resolution: Resolution of technical issues with internal and external stakeholders (report and monitor resolution). Regeneration of flights in the catering system, when required

Other Tasks: Audit payment disbursement reports, process rebate checks, credits, and bonuses, and perform other general corporate tasks as required.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a similar discipline)

2+ years of experience in Business, Finance or related functional area

Financial acumen

Strong Excel skills and experience manipulating large data sets

Analytical skills

Ability to effectively work remotely

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship

Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The Ideal Candidate should also have:

Master’s degree

2+ years of experience in Business, Finance or related functional area in Hospitality, Catering/Food Services or Airline Industry

Knowledge of airport operations
